STARTer is a tool that allows for quick and easy test creation that also standardizes and validates the language and syntax of the outputted tests. 

The main goal for STARTer is to increase consistency & efficiency in the test creation process, from the beginning to the end of the test life cycle. STARTer creates clear and unambiguous test cases that humans can easily read and scripts can easily parse.

The STARTer GUI is structured to attempt to limit user input such that only syntactically correct information can be supplied, which is then formatted in a way that it can be interpreted into platform test code. The GUI outputs 2 versions of a validated test, saving time and effort, the web-based pseudo-code for tracking and python test platform code.
